Proxima Consulting was established in 2011 by Dr. Ross Waring and Matthew Roesner to assist clients in taking technology based opportunities from the bench-top through product development to commercial success.
Our activities fall into five key focus areas:
- Mining and Resources
- Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industries
- Renewable Energy and Clean Tech
- Precision Agricultural systems
- Information and Communication Technologies
We combine highly creative lateral thinking with excellent engineering and scientific skills and a broad base of industry experience to form a development team whose strength is in taking the early stage technologies from bench-top prototype through to commercialisation via a proven product development process. Our work ranges from undertaking complete product developments from concept to market, to providing a commercialisation consulting service for our clients on their technology, strategy or development processes.
Proxima Consulting works with a range of different customers, from small start-up ventures through to small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) and large multi-national organisations. We develop strong relationships with our customers that are characterised by our open and consultative approach at all levels of business. We have extensive experience in working with sensitive Intellectual Property, and treat client IP with the utmost confidentiality.
We value our customers and spend time listening to their requirements and understanding the market and products we design and commercialise. Despite our passion for technology, we firmly understand that a pragmatic, market based development that addresses the needs of the customer are critical for commercial success.
Through our relationships with 3rd party manufacturing companies, Proxima can provide a facility for the manufacture of small or large scale prototypes and also a centre for testing experimental equipment. Upon validation of a product design, Proxima can also assist in finding the right manufacturer for scaled series manufacture.
